Compatibility

Android

Mika is compatible with Android devices with software version 8.0 and higher.

iOS

Mika is compatible with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) with software version iOS 16 and higher.

Data portability

Data portability is ensured by exporting the data documented by the user in the check-up area (symptoms, condition).

This export can be initiated by the user at any time in the app settings. The export takes place in human-readable format as a PDF and can be printed out.

Interoperability

In accordance with the Digital Healthcare Act (DVG), digital healthcare applications must implement and fulfil requirements for technical and semantic interoperability. To this end, Fosanis GmbH has used the FHIR standard for data export.

The machine-readable data export function has been available since the following app versions:
Android - v1.7.10
iOS - v1.7.12

The data is exported as a FHIR resource bundle (see https://www.hl7.org/fhir/bundle.html)
consisting of patient profile (cf. https://www.hl7.org/fhir/patient.html) and symptom data (as observations, cf. https://www.hl7.org/fhir/observation.html)
